WHAT YOU’LL DO
Serve as an Operations Engineer for mobile applications that users see and
interact with. In this role, you will support ongoing management of the app
and be responsible for day-to-day technical needs and responses. You will

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Systems Engineer’s role is to design, build, implement and
otherwise ensure that all server and storage platforms and related
components are operational and highly available. This includes ensuring the
availability of client/server applications, configuring new infrastructure
and developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server
environment.
This role also serves as an escalation resource to the IT Service Desk team
when major system issues are encountered. This role may serve as a project
manager or team lead for initiatives involving major computer technology
implementations.

* Develop strategies for client/server implementations and build /
