*Role: SAP Technical Project manager *

• 5+ years of SAP project and program experience with a focus on tools &
processes especially Solution Manager and Azure Dev Ops
• Proven knowledge and experience in ADLC and/or SAFe
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and
processes: SAP Solution Manager 7.2, SAP ChaRM, Micro Focus ALM, HP PPM,
Azure Dev Ops, ARIS, Worksoft Certify tools, project implementation and
agile development
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the
organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect
customers
• Strong management skills with the ability to develop teams, influence and
cultivate talent
• Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect
customers.

*Additional Job Description Requirements:-*
• Manages setup and administration of Solution Manager, Solution Manager
Change and Release Management (ChaRM), AZURE Dev Ops, and Micro Focus ALM
tools
• Deploys the entire governance including process, procedures, and
development of the Change Request Manager and Development Tracker (CDT)
tool in the Client Program
• Oversees the integrity of folder structures, naming conventions and
maintenance of the process structure (BPML, process architecture, testing
framework) in the Client Program
• Oversees basic tools administration for key tools, including user
management, tools integration, publications/reporting, folder maintenance
in the Client Program
• Collaborates with all Client Program teams to prioritize and implement
enhanced or new capabilities to support Program initiatives
• Ensures sufficient and timely training and support for Client tools
releases and changes
• Provides guidance on best practices and works to ensure the team are
using the Azure DevOps tools instead of others (Examples Jenkins, GitHub,
Jira)
• Drives best practice use of Azure DevOps and ALM tools
• Leverage extensive Scaled Agile Framework knowledge to facilitate proper
Azure DevOps project setup, including team and plan setup
