*Location: Tallahassee, FL* *Must-have skills*: PMP Certification, Certified Scrum Master, Microsoft Project, government experience highly preferred *Requirements:* • IT and business / industry work experience (10-15 years); • Experience working as a Project Manager (5+ years); • Experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects; • Experience leading executive-level process improvement or enterprise change management initiatives (3+ years); • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, and methodology development; • Experience with human resource management or capacity management related to organizational planning; • Experience coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives; • Experience in business process design and re-engineering; • Experience coordinating project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives; • Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams, strong collaborative skills; • Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel; • Experience scheduling and managing large project using Microsoft Project; • Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings; • Leadership and negotiation experience; • Experience working with or introducing IT service management processes (preferred); • Experience introducing or working with capacity management or capacity planning (preferred); • Experience working with technical programming teams (preferred); • Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred); • Experience developing applications (preferred); *• Experience with technical writing (preferred);* • Experience providing technical business analyses for government entities (preferred); • Experience working with law enforcement agencies and their associated security requirements (preferred); • Experience with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (preferred); • Experience successfully leading government projects (preferred); • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred); • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
