*Location: * Boca Raton, FL *Estimated Duration: * 12 *months with possible extension* *Must-have skills:* PowerBI, SQL, Informatica and other CRM applications *Requirements:* - 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience with large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems. - Expert knowledge of SQL. - Expert knowledge of PowerBI. - Expert knowledge in Informatica and other CRM applications. - Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and analysis skills. - Strong verbal and written communications, team collaboration, time management. - Demonstrated skills in leadership and training of complex technical subject matter to audience of various level of technical knowledge. - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics/Intelligence, Data Science or other related fields. Equivalent work experience may be considered. *Responsibilities*: - Develop deep understanding of complex data systems, gather and analyze data derived from these systems and provide insights and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to drive business decisions. - Gather and assess business information needs and prepare system requirements. - Perform analyses, development and evaluation of data mining in a data warehouse environment which includes data design, database architecture, metadata and repository creation. - Design and coordinate a curriculum for coaching and training of team members and business partners in the use of BI tools to enhance data-driven capabilities. - Development and documenting standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems. - Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
