Or equivalent work experience. *Responsibilities*: - Work with all stakeholders to identify system needs and gather business and functional requirements; - Analyze stakeholder requirements to determine the work effort needed to enhance, modify, or create an application and the related impact on other applications/system areas; - Translate stakeholder requirements into technical and functional specifications for approval, development, testing and code review purposes; - Develop proof of concepts, mockups and other documents for task and/or activity; - Write, debug, and maintain code to ensure application functionality, integrate hardware and software components; - Prepare and complete stakeholder requests for the creation, modification or enhancement of new or existing applications/systems; - Conduct unit, system, and regression testing; - Assist, troubleshoot, and validate application deployments as assigned by the Department’s Contract Manager - Research and evaluate options to help identify ways to improve efficiency, increase security and reduce system issues, errors or data anomalies; - Write and maintain application documentation (specifications, process flow, etc.) as assigned by the Contract Manager; - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues and help desk requests; - Provide .NET Training and Mentoring to the Department’s staff.
