- Ability to communicate with business users and should be well versed
with the support maintenance process Should be able to carry out High level
and low level design based on the functional requirements
- Perform Peer review and have the ability to establish Standards and
best practices for design and development
- Should be well versed in database management and XML usages Must be
flexible and prior experience in support engagements is a plus
