• Work closely with stakeholders, visual designers, UX Architects, and user researchers to bring mobile experiences to life. You will build component libraries, templates, and client-side applications that will be deployed across a wide range of platforms and environments. • Leverage the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks to develop cutting-edge experiences used by some of the largest companies in the world. You will produce experiences that push industry standards for usability, accessibility, and performance. We want someone who is excited to learn, try new things, and challenge themselves daily. • Contribute to our cross-platform mobile applications. • Integrate with our backend services to make sure we are delivering a great mobile user experience that is super-fast for end users. • Help improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and have the chance to contribute innovative and original ideas to our technology, algorithms and products in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Provide end-to-end solutions including mobile DevOps, automated testing, and analytics. • Participate in SCRUM planning meetings and contribute to daily standups to help keep the team informed on progress and blockers. • Equally as passionate about creating beautiful and usable interfaces as you are about crafting elegant code. We want someone who can not only develop amazing experiences, but also collaborate effectively with our best-of-class Visual Design team. Our ideal Mobile Developer should have a great eye for detail and design to support their development skillse *Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • 8+ years of demonstrable experience in native mobile and mobile web development. • 3-4 years of experience with React and JavaScript. • React Native experience. • React XP and other cross-platform mobile app development experience a plus. • Native iOS and Android development experience a plus. • A thorough understanding of OOP and design patterns. • A thorough understanding of mobile application integration. • Experience with approaches and key tools used for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). • Familiarity with all aspects of Google Play Store & Apple App Store. • Experience with best practices for designing Apps with high unit test coverage and simplified test automation. • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies. • Experience in an Agile environment • Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
