Role: Salesforce with Community Cloud Experience
Location: Irvine, CA
Long Term Contract
Responsibilities
. Perform level of effort assessments with development team
and understand customer facing feature impacts to existing back-end
processes and provide written feature analysis.
. Provide technical insight related to UI and features,
ensuring design reflects salesforce ability to provide desired business
requirements with appropriate customization.
. Proactively assess the build by feature, with integration
considerations, to assess and make short-term and long-term recommendations
in alignment with our engineers.
. Technical bug assessments as they arise to determine
feasibility and priority for development team.
. Assist in the creation of workflow diagrams, functional
maps and user stories.
. Utilize personal developer sandbox and tools to create
mockups aligned with work instructions for site administration stories.
. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards in
JIRA.
. Review and/or create written work instructions for Site
Administration for accuracy and flow.
. Review and assess custom objects, record types, fields,
page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows,
approval processes, installed packages and third-party integrations as
needed.
. Review permissions to add/remove Salesforce Users to
adhere to compliance requirements for the platform.
. Make value-add recommendations for future enhancements to
the platform.
Education and Experience:
. Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
. 2+ years of experience working in a Business or Technical
Analyst function working on projects related to Salesforce Experience Cloud
("Community Cloud").
. 5+ years of IT experience including support of multiple
integrated systems with Salesforce.com
. Proficiency in drafting functional flow charts and/or
visual materials to be leveraged by developers as needed.
. Strong communication skills in bridging the gap between
technical and business requirements.
Preferred Skills / Competencies
. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, MIS, or
Computer Engineering.
. Experience working within a pharmaceutical or other
regulation-controlled industry.
. Salesforce Admin Certification with and Experience Cloud
("Community Cloud") expertise.
. Lightning Design System and Lightening Web Component knowledge
. Agile / SCRUM experience with JIRA expertise.
. Proven experience with Salesforce integrated solutions.
. Drupal or other digital experience a plus to evaluate related
salesforce capabilities in order to provide business value or constraints.
. Communication skills to be able to socialize recommendations to
the team and business partners in a thorough manner.
