*Must-have skills: * Cherwell development, integrating and configuration; creating and maintain Tableau reports, government experience highly preferred. *Requirements:* - Experience with Cherwell development - Experience with Cherwell configuration changes - Experience with designing and building Cherwell workflows - Experience with Cherwell implementation - Experience with creating and maintain Tableau reports - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint - Experience with integrating Cherwell with external products or systems for hardware/applications *Responsibilities*: - Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements - Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, designs, or testing - Understanding the project requirements and project goals and using that understanding to product deliverables. - Working with OEL Project Sponsor to create and/or update project, technical, and training materials as needed. - Actively participate in meetings or other project activities to produce project deliverables. - Communicating accomplishments to OEL Project Sponsor to produce weekly status reports that outlines accomplishments and planned activities for the following week. - Ensuring technical direction and standards for infrastructure and software applications are being followed. - The Contractor shall coordinate services with the OEL Service Desk support personnel. - The Contractor shall support the establishment of the Cherwell Management System (production servers, sandboxes and databases). - The Contractor shall assist in developing the Cherwell Administrator Training plan and materials for OEL staff. - The Contractor shall gather and document user requirements and design and build workflows. - The Contractor shall create use cases, training and support for functional, integration and user acceptance testing. - The Contractor shall review bugs or issues with Cherwell discovered during User Acceptance Testing to determine their root causes and, with OEL approval, take action to correct the source of identified bugs or issues. - The Contractor shall assist OEL with the monitoring and optimization of Cherwell.
