Title: ServiceNow BSA with CCAA (cross company application access)

Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description:  

BSA/BSC-type of person to support our Allergan Integration program as it
relates to cross company application access (CCAA.)  This is a highly
process-oriented job requiring someone who can work collaboratively with
colleagues across BTS functions in both legacy AGN and ABV.  

 

Track decisions, action items and follow-ups required that result from daily
CCAA status meetings, weekly touchpoint meetings and other cross functional
meetings that support CCAA 

Interface with CCAA partner teams for example:

o   Service Now teams as changes are required to CCAA form, reporting, etc.

o   Command Center teams on KB changes

Support requests for reporting (Finance status, trends for identity creation
team, etc.) 

Cross Company Data SP site Maintenance - updates to application status,
expanding library of materials, updating FAQ's

Monitor CCAA Mailbox and direct inquiries to the correct cross company
access process

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

(1 Head Count) CCAA Operations Manager Description: Day-to-Day
Responsibilities 
Experience Level: ( 



3-5 years of Service Desk Operations experience. 

1.       Very strong written and oral communications skills. This position
requires interacting with Senior Level Managers. 

2.       Several years of ServiceNow experience, Incidents and Requests. 

3.       Experience in identifying risks, issues and developing action
plans. 

4.       Experience in tracking and reporting on open requests, to ensure
timely resolution. 

5.       Ability to prioritize service requests based on business impact. 

6.       Represent the Client Service Desk at CCAA daily meetings. 

7.       Work with Service Desk Team members to ensure timely updates and
completion of requests. 

8.       Project management experience - Preferred. 

9.       ITIL Service Management Certification - Preferred. 

10.    Ability to create and run ServiceNow reports - Preferred. 

11.    Previous Client experience is preferred but not required. 



(3 Head Count) Day-to-Responsibilities - Ensure the contactors assigned to
perform these tasks are being completed on a regular basis 

.         Follow-up on approvals which have aged more than three business
days -- Attention Focus on Financial related requests. 

.         Take action on tickets where the user is "awaiting training
(course work)" Why has the user not completed training 

.         Follow-up with AGN when the live training will be taking place.
Request that Allergan update Work Notes with live training updates. 

.         Document tickets with status updates based on user feedback 

.         Requests which are stuck in a status (training, application
access, VDI), more than three business days (without a response) 

.         Provide summaries on tickets on why they are stuck: 

o   Updates to the users and by whom 

o   Why are the tickets not being Closed 

o   What actions are we waiting on the user to take and what can we do to
move it along 

.         Attend Daily CCAA Meeting - Cross Company Application Access 

.         Attend Daily DSR call with ABV / AGN Command Center Agents 

.         Provide updates (Work Notes) on aged tickets when applicable 

.         Monitor Client Command Center Dashboard for aging Request tickets 

*         Create the Daily CCAA request report and provide updates during
the CCAA Daily meeting 

*         Distribute the Daily CCAA report to Client / Allergan users 

 

Position: DYES000011030

Title: ServiceNow Administrator (Merger / Acquisition Exp)

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 9 Months

Description:

This role will be an admin type role specifically working on ServiceNow
escalations as it pertains to the Client / Allergan Cross Company Access
Service Transition Process to ensure business needs, continuity and
enablement activities are completed in a timely manner. 

Responsible for analyzing and coordinating cross company application
requests, including but not limited to; training requirements (for Client
and Allergan Users), coordinate with systems owners for application access
requirements, facilitate with systems owners and identity teams to ensure
alignment on cross company accounts, working with third party application
owner prior to confirming access. 

Coordinate application enablement, knowledge article development, Service
Desk (Command Center) readiness processes. Manage new cross company
application access intake process including, communicate with business
owners, technical contacts, knowledge managers, Service Desk leads and
Service Management Office (ServiceNow) team members. 

Communicate cross company application access priority and due dates. Drive
application readiness based on onboarding team follow-up, and drive for
results to ensure timely completion of requests and tasks. 

Basic skills / experiences: 
. Strong experience with MS Excel (O365) 
. Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting and dashboard capabilities. 
. Strong written and verbal communication skills 
. Preferred cross company merger / acquisition application experience 
. Familiarity with application enablement processes and procedures 
. Ability to work independently with little direction 
. Ability to prioritize and multi-task 

Intake call notes: 
. What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 
1) Must have ServiceNow experience 
2) Must know how to access the request, determine where it is in process and
what steps needed for escalation 
3) Good communicator and facilitating actions 
4) Solid written and verbal communication- this role has high visibility and
should know their audience 
5) Proactive in finding solutions, if you don't know the answer ability to
dig for the information on their own

Qualifications 

.         B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline
including Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical
Engineering is required. 

o   M.S. in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Electrical
Engineering or Biomedical Engineering is preferred. 

o   Associates Degree is acceptable with a minimum of 10 years of
professional experience in a related job function. 

.         5-7 years of experience covering the entire software life cycle in
a team-oriented environment. 

o   Requires experience in Microsoft .NET/C#/ technologies with emphasis in
object-oriented analysis and design. 

o   Experience with UML formal object-oriented design notation is required. 

o   Experience with localizing software applications for specific target
markets is preferred. 

o   Analyze existing designs for testability and maintainability and
redesign as required. 

 

Preferred Experience 

.         Strong Experience in designing and developing web applications
using Microsoft ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC/Web API) 

.         Experience in data engineering using Microsoft SQL Databases

5+ years of programming experience in Rockwell's FTPC using Pnuts 3+ years
writing design specs and interacting with users to understand requirements 

. 3+ years proficiency in any object-oriented programming language
(preferably Java) and scripting languages like JavaScript 

. 3+ years of SQL/PL SQL experience (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL) 

. Ability to write complex SQL queries to get data from Oracle database
Additional qualifications 

. Knowledge of PLC , SCADA and equipment integration 

. Knowledgeable in FDA validation requirements preferred

 

including: 

User Requirement and Design Specs, Business Process Procedures, Design
Reviews, Requirements gathering 

. Experience with the compliance of the systems and batch/unit record and
data integrity
