Job Description and Requirements:

.         Must have a minimum of 8 years related experience as a scrum
master.

.         Must have some Scrum Master certification

.         Must have excellent experience with industry leading Agile
methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: Agile Scrum
Methodology, Kanban, SAFE

.         Must have experience in facilitating and supporting all scrum
events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint
Retrospective.

.         Must have experience in refinement, story splitting, estimation,
velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
