- 10+ Experience in Retail Industry
- 8+ years of experience in Sterling OMS
- Having knowledge in 9.5 version of Sterling OMS with Strong Java
development skills
- Responsible for technical solution design and development
- Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation
Framework - Very clear concepts of Database, J2EE
- Experience of developing custom code for agents, user exits, SOAP and
RESTful Services.
- Must have worked as a development lead working with a team of offshore
developers
- Very familiar with Kafka, Application Server (JBOSS, WebLogic), Data
Base Servers (Oracle, DB2) load balancers, intranet and internet deployments
- Demonstrated customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively to business and technical audiences
- Accurate, detailed knowledge of specified technology software,
services, and experience with applicable consulting practices,
methodologies and tools
- Maintains and expands technical and business knowledge through study
and on-site delivery experience
- Describe and demonstrate features, functions and benefits in relation
to the customer’s environment and requirements
