This position is for a Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated experience
delivering high quality solutions utilizing Microsoft 365.   The successful
candidate for this role should have hands on experience along with a strong
understanding of traditional and latest Microsoft 365 technology.  The ideal
candidate is a natural problem solver who promotes new ways of thinking,
working, and implementing change initiatives.  

 

Job Functions:

.         Develop new and/or enhance existing business owned applications to
support business processes utilizing Microsoft 365 Apps.

.         Create and demonstrate Microsoft 365 proof of concepts 

.         Create user and training documentation for newly developed
Microsoft 365 apps

.         Train and coach end users on newly developed Microsoft 365 apps

.         Document new and existing workflows in well-organized and
thoughtful manner

.         Conduct routine maintenance and perform manual updates as needed
to support existing business systems

.         Act as liaison between the business and IT to enhance existing IT

Required:

.         Strong, hands-on knowledge and application of Microsoft 365
products and services including but not limited to SQL Server (SSIS, SSMS),

Platform (Power Query, Pivot, BI and Automate)

.         Demonstrated leadership experience managing the implementation and
the roll-out of Microsoft 365 related projects

Position Description:

.         Software Engineering position responsible for testing Implantable
Medical Device System Firmware. 

.         Working from requirements, develops, maintains, and updates test
requirements and design;

.         Supports implementation, creation, enhancements, and modifications
to test cases, procedures, scripts, and code;

.         Debugs, troubleshoots, and isolates software problems and offers
strategic advice regarding identified issues for future development;

.         Identifies parameters, structure, and critical test components.
Writes, updates, or executes test design, cases, as well as procedures and
reports results.

.         Presents at design reviews; documents and resolves issues as
directed.

.         Contributes to and supports reviews held by other engineers and
provide useful feedback.

.         Contributes to and supports a variety of test phase efforts. 

.         Reviews project deliverables such as specifications, code, and

Qualifications:

Title: Manufacturing Engineers (MES System)

For This Position we are looking for someone with MES Experience (FTPC
Preferred, any acceptable), Manufacturing experience (Medical devices
preferred, any acceptable), Part and BoM change management with a PLM System
(WindChill preferred any acceptable). Position will take requirements from
the Manufacturing Engineers and setup and configure the MES system to
function and operate per the changes requested.

 

Job Description

.         Perform configuration and maintenance of the FTPC MES software
based on business requirements

.         Provide level 1 MES system support to local manufacturing business
teams

.         Performs business process analysis to define configuration
requirements

.         Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating
difficulties

 

Purpose of the Job

Working under general supervision, Provides level 1 MES system support to
local manufacturing business teams. Works directly with clients and applies
IT, business knowledge and experience to determine root causes of any issues
encountered by the manufacturing business teams while utilizing the MES
software to manufacture product. Perform configuration of the FTPC MES
software based on business requirements that are routed through the PLM
(product lifecycle management) systems of TCE/WindChill.

The primary function of the Portfolio and Performance manager is to
establish sustainable, effective strategies and processes for portfolio and
performance management that enable business change and to support
initiatives critical for organizational success. The Portfolio and
Performance manager ensures that appropriate Project Management policies,
procedures and standards are established and communicated throughout the
organization. The Portfolio and Performance manager will drive change to
improve the portfolio, financial and performance management processes. The
Portfolio and Performance manager is responsible for improving the maturity
of the Brand Tech organization. 

Primary Responsibilities/Duties 
. Manage the Brand Tech Project Portfolio and Performance Management
processes. 
. Work directly with the Associate Director to translate performance goals
into process improvement initiatives. 
. Create and maintain a maturity roadmap for the portfolio and performance
management improvement initiatives. 
. Implement processes to ensure consistent execution of portfolio, and
performance management activities. 
. Maintain a balance scorecard to illustrate and monitor Brand Tech
performance using defined KPI's. 
. Benchmark Brand Tech performance against industry, Client IT, and peer IT
organizations. 
. Effectively communicate current performance capabilities and opportunities
for improvement to senior management. 
. Define a method to communicate the status of the portfolio and
value/benefits created by Brand Tech projects. 
. Collaborate with the Client IT enterprise project management office
(EPMO), Commercial PMO, Brand Tech PMO, and other stakeholders to align

Senior Data Management Project Manager 



Primary Function: 
Develop, execute and manage multiple Statistical/Data Management IT projects
within their defined scope(s). Manage a multitude of interrelated project
activities and lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, working with
project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management to oversee
all phases of project completion. Build and manage project's work breakdown
structure, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables within the
constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to
ensure the successful completion of the project. Ensure transparent
reporting of project status, issues, risks, and financials. 



Key Responsibilities: 
. Initiate and Plan Project: Works with business and IT management to
establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, financials and
deliverables. Responsible for building the plan and resource needs to
accomplish the scope. 
. Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and
risks will affect the project working with business and IT management and
sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the
project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. 
. Executing and Closing Project: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining
authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads team in
delivering project scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project
approval from sponsor and stakeholders. 
. Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project

. Financial Control: Develops and manages a financial plan with
multi-million dollar spend. Tracks actual spend, accruals, proactively
creates spend estimates on a regular basis (at least monthly) and
coordinates estimates and invoices with project vendors, in order to
maintain spend at +/- 10% of the overall project budget. 



Qualifications: 
. Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems/Computer Science or
related discipline. 
. At least 5 years Project Management experience within the Pharmaceutical
Industry, particularly working within a Statistical and/or Data management
environment 
. Demonstrated experience in managing projects of various types,
particularly with solid experience delivering a SAAS tool within a Clinical
research/development space 
. Fundamental knowledge and experience managing SDLC projects using the ITIL
Framework (must have experience managing ITIL Demand, Release, and Change 
. Proven Microsoft Project Professional 2010 or above experience 
. Proven Microsoft Office Suite skills are required. 
. Individual must be able to work full time on-site
