We have urgent requirement with one of our client’s, please review below job description and let me know your interest Title: SAP ARIBA BSA Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals Preferred Description: The Business System Analyst are individual contributors to the development, maintenance and enhancement of business applications, providing specialized technical or business knowledge to system projects. The position has the responsibility for the management of applications and data residing in the application. The position will be instrumental in the development, identification and implementation of system modifications that will improve productivity within the system(s). Key Responsibilities Include: * Analyze moderate to high complex business requests and processes. Helps to define an action plan for business analysis deliverables such as requirements definition and Use Case development. Prepares project artifacts such as Requirements Documents, Activity Diagrams, and Uses Cases. * Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system. * Performs Gap Analysis researching and analyzing business processes resulting in business optimizations. * Coordinates and/or performs testing of system modifications. Provides systems expertise and supports system training, educational tools and materials. * Conducts business process modeling and facilitates development of process flows and diagrams via whiteboard sessions. * Communicates system changes and issues to next level of management and/or project lead. * Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Requires in‐depth knowledge of procurement business processes (supplier management, sourcing, contract management, operational procurement, invoice management) and technology landscape, including, but not limited to, SAP ECC/S4, SAP Ariba. * College degree in Information Systems, related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience is required. * Experience in the systems development, implementation, and operations of a large-scale, enterprise systems. * Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members. * Must be deliverables focused and detail oriented. * Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills. * Must have a strong customer focus. * Are you open to look at candidates willing to relocate? - Local is preferred - can do non local but the candidate would need to start within two weeks of offer. * Years of experience/education/certifcations required: 5+ years, Experience in purchaing oro ARIBA or SAP, * What are the top 3 skills/requirements this person should have? * Experience in ARIBA or SAP * Communication skills - verbal and written skills * Work as a team player. * Documentation skills * What type of environment is this person working in?
