Should be more aligned to business than technology. BAs need to partner with business teams to understand process, more of a customer facing rather than technology facing. • Skillset is a little bit broader than a traditional BA. • Most of the need is in the order to cash cycle and market to order. o Order to cash would comprise point of sale, ERP, inventory management systems. Mostly sales and operation process. o Market to order – Majorly consists of web platform, web applications related to marketing of the products.
