*Position: **Program Manager with Property and Casualty Insurance * *Location: West Bend, WI* *Type: Contract* *Required Skills:* - 15+ years working in property and casualty insurance. Tangible experience working with large COTS implementation methodologies and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Experience working with global organizations with onshore and offshore services delivery teams - Responsibilities include Interacting and leading Cognizant and business team members in complex discussions around Duck Creek product capabilities. - Build on existing and establish new relationships and present to C-level executives in the property and casualty insurance industry. - Aligning Cognizant deliverables to the program outcome, ensure program is being executed as per timeline and releases are completed as per plan. - Planning, monitoring and controlling of overall Cognizant scope. - Sprint wise program Management throughout the program life cycle. - Lead Inception phase and workshops for assigned Duck Creek transformation programs. - Ability to drive program processes and solve issues as they arise. - Interact with both technical and functional teams onshore and offshore. - Demonstrate working knowledge of Data, Organizational Change Management, Process Reengineering efforts, and Quality Assurance. - Understand and empathize with customer challenges and provide guidance, roadmap and alternative options. - Clear and concise status reporting to client and internal stakeholders.
