*Must-have skills: *4+ working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall, business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development, Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel *Responsibilities *include but are not limited to the following: • Lead and/or assist staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs); • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements; • Develop as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation; • Develop and lead implementation of business process improvement recommendations; • Serve as a liaison; • Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts; • Manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide regular briefings to OIT Leadership; • Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team. *Requirements:* • 4+ working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall; • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development; • Experience coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives; • In-depth knowledge of business process design and re-engineering; • Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel; Preferred: • Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment; • Experience providing business analysis in a criminal justice environment; • Experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies and associated security requirements; • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Certified Scrum Master (CSM); • Experience with Rule 60GG, Florida Administration Code • Experience with state government projects.
