Client US Commercial Patient Services Organization is looking for a
Salesforce.com Solutions Engineering Lead to be part of the Architecture and
Strategic Initiatives team in the digital transformation journey to lead the
Development, Quality Assurance, Release and Operations of Patient
Relationship Management platform for best-in-class patient service programs
across all US brands

This position is responsible to define the release plan in collaboration
with product owner, program manager, business analysts & platform
engineering team, lead the development team to deliver the features as per
the release plan and lead the operations team to administrate & manage the
production support & enhancements of the platform. This position is
responsible to follow Client SLC process to ensure compliance to deliver

. Manage and oversee day to day activities of release team and ensure
adherence to Client standards in project execution methodology, quality
assurance and continuous improvement.
. Responsible to work with stakeholders and develop delivery plan with
dependencies and execute the plan for releases; monitor risks during release
cycle & devise mitigation plan for risks, make sure dependent deliveries
from other teams are aligned to meet the release timeline; effectively
escalate issues, report release status, risks, and mitigation plans to
program team
. Responsible to meet with development teams regularly to ensure team has
needed access, tools, and processes to complete their work, remove any
impediments, get their feedback on areas of improvement and work with
management to implement improvements.
. Responsible for compliance with applicable Client Software development
lifecycle Policies and procedures.
. Responsible to make sure engineering team follows the current delivery
process and seek feedback from team to improve/optimize delivery process for
sustainable, scalable, and repeatable delivery.
. Measure the quality of solution delivery & production operations; track
and report the project spend; Capacity planning and resource optimization.
. Manage application operations, monitor operational metrics, SLAs, help
prioritize issue fixes, review, and publish operational metrics.

Purpose:
Responsible for supporting Workforce Management (WFM) application for a
medium size Agent Contact Center. This analyst will be supporting the WFM
Team, Contact Center Agents, and Leadership with the goal of creating a
remarkable impact for our patients and healthcare providers. Position will
be responsible for ensuring the right resources are in the right place at
the right time to reduce cost, support operational growth, and ensure the
appropriate and productive utilization of contact center resources.
Applicant will maintain and update Forecast, Agent Schedules, Intraday,
Shrinkage, Reporting and supporting real time contact center operations.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents
requirements defines scope and objectives and formulates systems to parallel
overall business strategies. May require an associate degree in a related
area and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has
knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field. Generally, supports commodity or generic/unspecified
skills, such as Application Support, Business Analyst, Compliance

Support Contact Center Workforce Management (WFM) processes for Forecasting,
Scheduling, intraday, shrinkage and Reporting Analytics to ensuring business
goals, objectives, and service level agreements are satisfied.

.      Monitor and analyze call and activity volumes vs. available staff and
optimize resource schedules to maintain contact center key performance
indicators.

.      Maintain and update schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage
with the right resources, in the right place, at the right time.

.      Develop, analyze, and deliver WFM and Contact Center reports with
lessons learned from prior day/week/month.

Overview:

The Combination Product group within Client Science and Technology is
looking for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to lead the
development of physical test methods for medical device products: the
creation, validation, and training.  The candidate will be working with a
cross functional team from various disciplines to develop
physical/mechanical test methods, perform routine testing and analysis, and
author protocols as well as the reports.  The ideal candidate will have
experience with various optical and mechanical inspection systems.  A plus
would be experience with programming LabView.

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Collaborating with a cross functional team and contributing on
projects of varying complexity.

2.       Developing and validating Physical/Mechanical Test Methods -
specifically for optical and mechanical measurement test instruments.

3.       Setting-up and performing experiments and document results.

4.       Able to perform data analysis/trending using statistical tools.

5.       Writing protocols and reports.

6.       Able to troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation.

Technology Solutions (BTS)/Data Analytics Team. This team is a dynamic group
of IT, Automation Operation Technology (OT), and Business specialists who
work together to deliver manufacturing software solutions, drive
standardization, innovation, optimization, identify requirements for future
enhancements. 
The team is looking to add knowledgeable site IT/OT/Automation/Business
subject matter experts (SME) to support the manufacturing operations, within
an exciting time of multiple new product introductions and deployments, work
directly with the business functions for optimization opportunities and
represent these functions LRP and system enhancement planning. 
Sr. BTS OT Engineers/Analysts serve as liaisons between IT and operations,
business, engineering, maintenance, and quality, and focus on business

. OSI PI Administration - Provide direct administration, development, and
support of all aspects of the plant data historian, OSI PI, including
interfaces to plant floor automation/control systems, as well as to
