Job Description:

The project go-live was postponed from April 15 to May 17 this morning. The
candidates will be on-site at our Wilson Plant in Wilson, North Carolina on
May 15-16 (arriving, get situated) and Go-live at the Plant is May 17, 2021
at 8am. There are hotels within a mile or two from the plant site.

The candidates will be on-site at Wilson until June 25, 2021, which may be
extended 2 weeks depending on issues. I am working on the hyper-care
resource schedule for the team. The Plant is a 24 by 7 operation and the
team will be supporting all shifts every day. The plan will have work days
and off days so travel home can be arranged during the 6 weeks of support
time.

The candidates will be required to attend knowledge transfer sessions during
the two weeks prior to May 17 to gain knowledge on our system and operations
so they can properly support our project. The candidates will also go
through our one day company orientation.



Primary Responsibilities:

This Contractor Position is to add more capacity for short term with SAP
Functional Senior Business Analysts on IT SAP team due to various Projects
and Production Support needs. Persons should understand current EWM set up
and support Go‐Live and hyper care at our manufacturing sites. Main liaison
to business functional areas - Partnering with business stakeholders,
understanding their needs, prioritizing efforts, recommending changes /
innovations, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for their area of
expertise. System Design - Documenting requirements and developing solutions
using standard or custom SAP functionality. Recommending alternatives when
multiple options are available. Developing Solutions - Performing SAP System
Configuration, writing functional requirements for custom development,
performing appropriate system tests (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, User
Acceptance Testing), writing system/user documentation, training end users
on functionality. Production Support - Troubleshooting system issues,
analyzing processes, recommending course of action.



Specific Skills and/or knowledge, credentials, or professional
certifications:

In depth functional and configuration expertise in SAP EWM as a separate
instance utilized by multiple SAP ECC instances. Experience in multiple end
to end EWM implementations in a production environment. Analytical skills
must include the ability to quickly identify problems, gather relevant
information, determine the root causes, and make recommendations regarding
solutions. Proactive, self‐starter who sets high standards for self and co
‐workers. Strong organizational skills ‐ ability to manage multiple
competing tasks and adapt quickly to changes. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.





Specific Skills/ Experience required:

・Multiple end to end EWM implementation experience in a manufacturing
production environment including Master Data cutover from an existing WM
environment to an EWM environment.

・Knowledge and experience in Advanced production integration.

・Experience in working with EWM interfaced to ME (manufacturing execution)
systems.

・Hands on experience in EWM Warehouse internal movements, inventory
management, cycle counting, RF, RFID and PPF Configurations.

・Hands‐on experience working on SAP EWM inbound and outbound configuration
and processes.

・An understanding and work experience in Warehouse processes in a logistics
execution area.

・Extensive experience on POSC/LOSC and Returns process, Batch Management
and Serialization.

・Have a good functional understanding about SCM‐EWM processes with
integration of MM, PP and QM:

・The ability to monitor and troubleshoot queues and failed entries

・Should be on-site for providing Go-Live and hyper care support

Title: Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (Science and Technology Lab Engineer)

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 12 Months+



Overview:

The Combination Product group within Client Science and Technology is
looking for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to lead the
development of physical test methods for medical device products: the
creation, validation, and training.  The candidate will be working with a
cross functional team from various disciplines to develop
physical/mechanical test methods, perform routine testing and analysis, and
author protocols as well as the reports.  The ideal candidate will have
experience with various optical and mechanical inspection systems.  A plus
would be experience with programming LabView.



Responsibilities:

1.      Collaborating with a cross functional team and contributing on
projects of varying complexity.

2.      Developing and validating Physical/Mechanical Test Methods -
specifically for optical and mechanical measurement test instruments.

3.      Setting-up and performing experiments and document results.

4.      Able to perform data analysis/trending using statistical tools.

5.      Writing protocols and reports.

6.      Able to troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation.
