Job Description:
1. 7+ years of extensive Salesforce experience
2. Must have active Salesforce Admin certification. Nice to have
Service Cloud Consultant / Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
3. Must have excellent written and verbal skills and familiar with
Sales and Service Cloud product offerings.
4. Must have Agile framework experience
5. Experienced to work with business to drive functional requirements.
Work as a liaison with tech teams to clarify scope and help in
understanding the requirements
6. Must be comfortable with JAD sessions, mockup creation, should be
able to support sprint planning and driving the scrum team.
7. Must be comfortable doing mock-ups/POC using sandboxes to drive
functional sessions.
