*Contract to hire-3-6 months to hire* *Rate: $50-53/hr* *Look for a good BA with scrum skills and present* *BA Job description – * Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the primary interface between multiple business product owners/partners, external parties, and developer teams to deliver complex, high profile technical solutions that align with business initiatives. The BSA/Scrum Master plays key roles across many disciplines within the software development lifecycle, ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict, requirements gathering, user story creation, documentation, analysis, design, and testing. Meet timeline and sprint commitments in alignment with the organizational priorities. Work tightly with business product owners to manage the “definition of done”, ensure that artifacts such as Epics and Stories are well defined, groomed and executable to meet the goals of each sprint. *Primary Job Functions* • Partner with the business to plan and scope business initiatives. • Elicit requirements using interviews, code and document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not • Experience with successful Agile techniques • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following as needed: functional requirements through the Business Requirements Document (BRD), use cases, Graphical User Interface GUI, screen and interface designs. • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction • Perform system set-up, configuration, administrative duties and testing. • Suggest best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation. • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. • Develop user manuals associated with the applications and conduct user training as needed. • Maintain reference documentation. This documentation includes definition and source of data elements. • Supply junior and mid-level business systems analysts with guidance and support as needed. • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
