Splunk, Cofence, Anomali, DLP, etc.
•    Power user of office automation and project management tools including
MS Powerpoint, MS Project, and Visio
•    Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders,
end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high
quality projects.
•    Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry
best-practices and current technologies.
•    Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
•    Understanding of systems development methodologies. Ability to direct
and manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts,
user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the
end-to-end process needed to define, design and deploy product capabilities
•    Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation
skills.
•    BA/BS IT/ Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations
Management, or a related discipline
Preferred skills:
•    Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred

US-MA-BostonDuration:6+ Months Responsibilities:*

•    Support the nCino solution for the bank. Work with Credit Lending
businesses and Loan Administration to evaluate and define functionality as
required.
•    Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and
communicate standard business processes as they relate to the nCino
application and related applications
•    Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to
leverage the nCino application to support additional business processes or
functions
•    Gather business requirements and convert into user stories that will
be used by the technical team to implement the solution.
•    Ensure optimization of all product features and identify new
opportunities for workflow enhancements and productivity
•    Support, manage and maintain data exchange process and documentation.
Support and test upstream and downstream data and/or process changes for
the data exchange process.
•    Support, manage and coordinate SalesForce/nCino configuration,
workflow, document templates and rule adds/changes/deletes with business

Months Responsibilities:*
Requires advanced expertise in stored procedure programming, data modeling,
replication,
performance monitoring and optimization, and database administration.
Collaborate effectively
in a small, fast-paced, team environment. Assist in designing .Net data
tier components for
multiple multi-tiered systems using Microsoft and/or Oracle and Java
technologies. Estimate
database/data tier development efforts. Design and optimize database
schemas for a variety of
applications and processes. Work with developers and system architects to
design high
performance, highly reliable data systems. Document and implement data
tier/database
Standards and Operational Procedures (SOPs). Design and implement Data
Access Layers (DAL)
components using Stored Procedures. Ensure developers use good coding
techniques in both
