*This role will be leading offshore software engineers. Must have strong Agile and Full-Stack experience* Will work on every story in the sprint. They take direction from architect but will oversee work and provide mentorship to lower level software engineers. This level will take a high level (and often vague) stories and break it down into small well-defined tasks and manage them to fruition. They have full latitude for independent judgment when applying skills and problem-solving capabilities, with input and minimal oversight required by architect or supervisor. They update their job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations. - In depth analytical understanding of .*Net Core, Angular and SQL (Full-Stack)* - *Azure cloud development experience* - Strong communication skills – experience communicating with internal users and offshore teams - Ability to work independently on tasks, while also having strong analytical and design mindset - Strong desire to keep up to date with new versions of programs / languages. - Preferred experience building software in a CI/CD environment. - Experience building services and micro services.
