*Preferred Skills & Experiences: *



· 10+ years of relevant IT experience in complex environments

· 6+ years in Architect/Consulting role and experience in the Digital
Services Industry.

· All-round Enterprise Architect knowledge (EAM) and agile principles

· Expertise in different business- and technology domains

· Solid knowledge of several enterprise IT technologies with strong focus
on cloud enabled/cloud native solutions (lightweight architecture, micro
services, containerization, cloud in general,)

· Hands-on experience in designing enterprise-grade architectures

· Excellent communications skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Skilled in stakeholder, risk and program management

· Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive
and VP level, ideally with proven experience working at the C-level and
client/customer service management skills

· Willingness to travel periodically



*Additional Skills: *



· Experience in developing software (in the past)

· TOGAF certified, or a similar certification

Job Description:

Enterprise architects are visionaries, coaches, team leaders,
business-to-IT liaisons, computer scientists and industry experts.

The role of the enterprise architect is more like that of a city planner
than that of a building architect. An enterprise architect has professional
relationships with executives at the client to gather and articulate the
technical vision and to produce the strategic plan for realizing it.

· Defines enterprise-wide architectural processes, policies, and
procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting and adapting
the proper architectural methods, governance, and technical standards
necessary to realize a strategic landscape of IT systems. This includes
Co-creating/influencing the client's digital roadmap.

· Deal with the enterprise-wide design of the IT landscapes in the context
of the business capabilities and operational model of the organization as a
whole.

· Produces solutions that alter the client's operating model or business
capabilities and is able to communicate the impact and effects to Client
and team at a strategic, operational and technical level.

· Can help transform an organization with an Agile way of working/thinking
and implement Agile/SCRUM at scale.

· Report to the client's executive levels to provide the highest-level
oversight.

· Drive standardization of methodologies, design approaches, tooling, and
technologies across the enterprise.

· Define, measure, analyze and improve the efficiency of governance
processes and its artifacts and apply standards and principles
