Description & Required Skills Medical device and compliance background Business analyst background Someone who has a PM background experience BA degree required 10-15 years of experience required 5-7 years of medical device experience Someone who has worked on an infrastructure project - monitoring software, product software in a device or outside of a device Non product software experience will be beneficial as well Experience in quality systems analysis. Experience with Quality System Regulations, GxP, and system validation processes, required. Ability to explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to the highest in a persuasive and convincing manner. Broad and deep IT knowledge coupled with equivalent knowledge of the processes and activities of the business. Energetic team player with strong initiative, team orientation and good problem solving skills. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a timely manner, and be able to meet assigned deadlines and service levels. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, resolve problems, deal with unresolved issues, delays and unexpected events, and the ability to effectively communicate and maintain rapport with supported customers. Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user). Able to understand and leverage the IT and business vision and strategy to support solution definition. Able to professionally represent the Product Security function to key business stakeholders Phone screen followed by web ex Candidate will have a blended schedule. Candidate will need to be available to be on site part time.
