Title: Senior Analyst, Information Security

Description:

The Sr. Analyst, Information Security works with various internal and
external groups to ensure that Client information security policies,
practices, and procedures are properly implemented within Client Business
Programs. The analyst reviews business programs, projects, and initiatives
from inception, throughout the implementation, to end of life, to ensure
that appropriate security controls are applied throughout the entire
lifecycle. 
. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with IT and Business group
leaders to understand goals, programs and strategic objectives. Evaluates
and articulates program security requirements; identifies potential security
risk factors and business impacts. 
. Engages Client Third Party Suppliers to assess security posture,
remediation requirements and compensating controls as they apply to Business
Programs. 
. Develops in-depth knowledge of Client Information Security policies,
processes and procedures, as well as compliance processes and initiatives in
order to provide subject matter expertise and guidance to other
organizations (Commercial, R&D, Audit, Legal, Purchasing, etc.) within
Client. 
. Provides Information Security expertise and guidance to Business group
leaders and IT Owners to ensure an appropriate balance between security
risks and business enablement for identified business programs and
initiatives. 
. Acts as central point of contact with regard to Information Security
matters and Client security policies for Client Purchasing, Legal/Privacy
and Quality during the supplier evaluation and contract negotiation process.

. Reviews current technology and information policies and practices for
continued applicability with respect to Client commercial and R&D business
programs. Provides recommendations for improvements. 

Qualifications: 
. Minimum of 5 years Information Security experience or equivalent
experience in Information Risk Management. 
. Good experience in Information Security or Information Risk Management. 
. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other
equivalent certifications required. 
. Strong experience and up to date knowledge in Open Systems, Windows,
Mobility, Internet and network security products and platforms, including
user authorization, encryption tools and techniques, communication
protocols, vulnerability assessments, data loss and penetration testing, and
secure coding. 
. Mix of IT operations and business program experience required. 
. Demonstrated skills in project management, collaboration, communication
and organizational skills required. 
. Information Security Consulting background and experience preferred. 
. Written and verbal communication skills are critical. 
. Adept at communicating concepts to diverse audiences with varying skill
sets. 



Education: 
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of total experience or Master's degree with 5
years of experience

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 
. Overall security knowledge, specifically in Encryption tools and
techniques, Systems Support/Server Admin experience, Identity Access
Management, and Third Party Evaluation process 
. Must have security controls experience on the supplier side- Third Party
risk management( A risk analyst at third party) 
. Able to evaluate and articulate supplier information security
requirements; Review supplier evidence/answers to Third Party Evaluations
and provide information security expertise and guidance to business owners
to ensure appropriate understanding of information security risks 
. Able to work across the different business units/functions at all levels
of the organization. The candidate will be attending/assisting meetings with
business owners, sr. management and suppliers to understand risk,
remediation activities, and effectiveness of remediation plans against our
security controls in an effort to close open security issues/gaps.
Demonstrated skills in project management, collaboration, communication and
organizational skills

Title: Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: North Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 Months+

 

*POSITION WILL BE ONSITE*. 

Primary Needs: 

.          Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and
Infrastructure team at Client. 

.          Project Manager will be part of a program dealing with cloud
automation, Infrastructure tools consolidation, and rationalization, across
both Client and newly acquired Allergan technologies. 

.          Candidate should be an experienced (minimum of 8-11 years'
experience) senior Infrastructure Project Manager with cloud project
management experience. 

.          Familiarity and understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 

.          With the project focus on cloud automation, familiarity and
understanding of any of the following tools would be helpful: 

o   Red Hat Ansible 

o   Azure Automation 

o   AWS CodePipeline 

o   Terraform 

o   GitHub 

.          Strong project management skillset needed, including proven
ability to lead and drive project success. 

.          Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration, and
communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact, change,
project complexity, and potential senior executive interactions. 

.          Will manage 2 sub-projects/workstreams within the cloud program. 

.          Will work with a matrixed team of Client full time and contract
staff, as well as an estimated 2 vendors as project(s) dictate. 

.          Must be a self-starter with attention to detail, highly organized
individual, possessing a solid work ethic. 

.          This individual will be expected to drive projects forward while
focusing on budgetary requirements. 

.          Important to note: while the position may initially begin remote,
expectations are that it will move to a fully onsite engagement in Lake
County, IL shortly after start date. Do not submit candidates who desire to
work remote on a permanent basis. This is non-negotiable as Client is
actively transitioning back to an on-site workplace within this team. 

.          Contract to run from candidate's start date through June 30,
2022, with strong potential for extension through end of 2022 following
proven performance. 

.          Will execute and deliver in line with below expectations. 

Expectations: 

.          Develop, execute, and manage project(s) within the defined scope.


.          Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle, working with project
sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management to oversee all
phases of project completion. 

.          Build and manage project's work breakdown structure, milestones,
risks, issues, and deliverables within the constraints of human and
financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful
completion of the project. 

.          Ensure transparent reporting of project status, issues, risks,
and financials. 

.          The individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. 

.          Performs a variety of tasks. 

.          May lead and direct the work of others. 

.          Be able to work under general supervision. 

.          A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

.          Initiate and Plan Project: Works with business and IT management
to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, financials,
and deliverables. 

.          Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope,
issues and risks will affect the project, working with business and IT
management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance
to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and
budget. 

.          Executing and Closing Project: Develops and executes a work plan
obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads
team in delivering project scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final
project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. 

.          Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing
project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision
support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes
recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues and manage
risks. 

.          Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure
project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to
team members based upon their abilities. Motivates project team to deliver
project outcomes. 

.          Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable
Corporate and functional policies and procedures. 

.          Decisions: Make decisions that impact project level activities. 

Qualifications: 

.          Primary Needs on page 1. 

.          Minimum of 8-11 years' experience as an infrastructure project
manager. 

.          PPM Tool experience a must. 

.          Important to note: while the position may initially begin remote,
expectations are that it will move to a fully onsite engagement in Lake
County, IL shortly after start date. Do not submit candidates who desire to
work remote on a permanent basis. This is non-negotiable as Client is
actively transitioning back to an on-site workplace within this team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

.          Experience with using Clarity PPM. 

.          Familiarity with Organization Change Management
experience/knowledge. 

.          PMP Certification. 

.          Understanding/familiarity of any of the following tools would be
helpful: 

o   Red Hat Ansible 

o   Azure Automation 

o   AWS CodePipeline 

o   Terraform 

o   GitHub 

*         Note: no requirement of Pharma experience for this role.
