One of our client is looking for the Business/Systems Analyst Please find the below requirement *No OPT, Student visas and no Transfers* *Need more than 8+ years of experience * *Need strong experience in ETL, Integration and AWS* Position: Business / Systems Analyst Location: 100% Remote (Even After COVID Also) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: *Systems Functional Analyst* Join our project of moving our current data warehouse from on-prem to AWS. One major work-stream is to “re-wire” applications from the current environment to the new AWS location. This role is to act as the ongoing interface between the stakeholders (internal & external) and the Application Team. We are looking for someone dedicated to quality and with exceptional analysis and communication skills to keep our systems running. This role for a Systems Functional Analyst who will lead the effort to “re-wire” applications from their current on premise location to their new location in Amazon Web Services (AWS). This roles requires you to: · Review and conduct interviews for a set of internally built Applications to understand their current on-prem tables and associated ETLs (integrations) · Provide direct documented technical analysis and recommendations associated with the implementation/migration of specific applications to cloud services · Work with a variety of legacy applications and platforms to implement or migrate associated components to cloud services · Identify issues; and working with our AWS and on-prem application teams to efficiently solve those issues or implement workarounds · Use the following tools to document findings: o Data Flow Diagrams o Document Analysis o Interface Analysis · Review and understand how tables are set up in AWS · Outline the work needed to re-wire the application(s) in the new AWS environment · Work closely with internal customers, other business analysts, developers and other team members to understand the re-wiring requirements · Help to facilitate the testing once the applications are rewired Qualifications: · Application and ETL integration analysis. · Experience in investigating, mapping and documenting solutions. · Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written. · Ability to problem solve and draw conclusions, in some cases with limited information. · Initiative and self-motivation to work under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment. · Planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs. · Knowledge of AWS technologies is a plus. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
