5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The candidate is responsible for all software quality assurance activities
such as evaluation of software lifecycle (SLC) deliverables for compliance
with Operating Procedures, FDA requirements and the CFR including 21 CFR
Part 11. Lead or participate in various reviews, risk analyses and other
software quality assurance activities with primary focus on review and
approval of validation test scripts and incident reports. Have a background
in software engineering, software lifecycle activities, or software
validation and be familiar with the work products that result from SLC key
activities. Knowledge or experience in requirements gathering, analysis
techniques, software verification/validation techniques, configuration
management techniques or documentation standards. The candidate should be
familiar with IEEE, SEI, ISO and have experience in a regulated environment.
Analytical skills are important, as is the ability to manage tasks. Must be
able to manage multiple tasks and resources. Defines and tracks quality
assurance metrics. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge
or experience in SAP testing and HP ALM Quality Center preferred. REQUIRED:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, background in software engineering or software
quality assurance. Hands-on professional with experience in the software
lifecycle (SLC).

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

Position Description:
This position is a consulting role who will work on various SAP projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the
following SAP Manufacturing related activities:
Requirements gathering and reviews,
Design collaboration and implementation oversight including: Design
documents and testing reviews/approvals,
Collaboration with Project Managers for the development, implementation, and
execution of project plans,
Oversight and escalation point for project cutover activities, final
preparation, go-lives, and hypercares, and
Steady-state support escalations.
The position will also include the management of the change control process
related to Continuous Improvement Requests.

Qualifications:
15+ years of IT experience
10-15 years experience hands on SAP PP/PI techno-functional
Ability to map business requirements to SAP standard template design
Ability to configure SAP
Good knowledge of the SAP table structures
Good understanding of ABAP and ability to debug
Working knowledge of HP ALM/Quality Center
Working knowledge of Solution Manager
Experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations, 1 of which was a
full SAP Core integration
Strong knowledge of WM, QM, FICO and their integration to PP
Ability to travel

 

 

Title: SAP Data Transformation Consultant (Techno- Functional Role)
Length of Contract: 1 year
Pharmaceutical: Lake County, IL

Position Description
The goal of the Operating Model Integration (OMI) program is to integrate
Allergan SAP ECC processes onto the Client (PHARMACEUTICAL) instance of S4
Hana. The SAP technical consultant will work closely with the Manufacturing
Global Process Lead to support business process transformation and data
migration activities/

Main Areas of Responsibilities
• Conduct diagnostic activities to understand site manufacturing process to
determine the appropriate data transformation rules to enable the End-to-End
site manufacturing processes.
• Identify data cleansing and enrichment activities associated with business
process transformation.
• Develop the appropriate quality checks to support source to data
verification activities.
• Develop training to support targeted SAP knowledge development across
Production Planning.
• Create or re-format existing training documents in accordance with Client
SAP training needs.
• Deliver training as required.

Requirements
The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be
considered for the job:
• 2-5 years experience in SAP, preferably Hana S/4 for the modules of IM/WM,
PP/PI, FI, QM, as well as integrated systems required
• Experience with interfaces with external systems (MES, JDA) via idocs
• Experience with data analytics in excel, access etc.
• Experience working with remote teams in multiple time zones, using
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience in implementing large scale SAP projects
• Experience in data cleansing activities
• Aligning technical and business team objectives
• Prior work experience with SAP programs required
• Experience with supporting business process transformation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication required
• Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc…) required

Preferred Skills/Qualification
The below skills are attributes that are desired in the ideal candidate.
• Prior work experience in life science organization greatly preferred
Education
• BS/BENG in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
