Long Term Contract

 

JD for the Sr SFDC Tech Lead:

.        Lead a team of professionals handling Salesforce build, test,
deploy testing & technical documentation both at onshore and offshore and
assume end-to-end delivery responsibility

.        Interface with Business product owners, Functional / Business
Analysts, Architects, Test leads, SFDC technical team, vendor teams for
solution design, delivery and solving critical technical issues

.        Contribute Inputs toward Demand & Capacity Planning based on
technical complexity and level of effort for the releases and roadmap

.        Drive, conduct and lead the technology fitment & Impact Assessment
of functional process and capabilities

.        Act as the first escalation point for issues and problems stemming
from technical team

.        Continuously assess Salesforce product capability, upgrades and
roadmap against the delivered solution

.        Participate and facilitate the architecture and design reviews in
the Architecture Review Board

.        Conduct design sessions and deliver scalable solution design for
the projects, enhancements, develop proof of concept 

.        Establish, drive and foster an environment to continuously drive
Architecture, Data, Application & Integration standards

.        Detailed hands-on experience with Triggers and bulkification, Apex
Classes, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, JavaScript for
Lightning, Controllers etc.

.        Detailed knowledge on profiles, permission sets, record types, page
layouts, standard & custom objects, sharing & visibility, public groups,
named credentials, remote site settings, connected apps, email templates and
other standard configuration items. Apex batch jobs and scheduler
functionality.

.        Detailed knowledge on SOAP, REST, Bulk APIs, DataLoader for
Salesforce data loads and interfaces.

.        Coding best practices including trigger bulkification, reusable
methods and classes, apex governor limits, use of static variables, common
advantages and pitfalls of apex coding and object-oriented programming,
proper exception handling and savepoints/rollback, avoiding recursion, null
checks, execution contexts etc.
