*Job Title:* *Business Analyst* *Location:* *Chicago, IL (remote for now)* *Position Type:* *6 months + * *Overview:* Client is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join our Smarter Process Consulting Team. The Successful candidate will Enable a high performing, autonomous, self-managing team whilst building a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure the team lives Agile values and principles and hold the team to account to Agile processes and practices.This position will start remote for now and later require the consultant to be 100% onsite or need to travel to client location at our client location in Chicago, IL for the duration of the project *Key Responsibilities:* Responsible for one or more parallel app dev areas within the project. 1. Familiar with Azure DevOps (Scrum Boards, Backlog etc.) 2. Work closely with project manager to update daily project status and coordinate inter-track dependencies. 3. Work with other client’s BAs as needed to coordinate and manage any external dependencies. 4. Work with business team to identify business needs, backlog grooming, idnetifying MVPs, develop acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT activities. 5. Work with IT development teams to understand business needs, implementation of user stories and acceptance criteria. 6. Facilitate the agile ceremonies. 7. Work with business and IT development teams to assist and coordinate with testing. 8. Need to have excellent written and verbal communication, coordination skills, critical thinking. 9.
