*Job Title : Project Manager* *Location : New York* *Type: Contract* Job Summary : Oversee delivery of projects as project manager by managing scope, cost and quality *3. Roles & Responsibilities :* - Proactively manage scope of a project, using the Scope Management Plan for the project. - Proactively manage project budget, using the Cost Management Plan for the project. - Proactively manage project communications, using the Communications Management Plan for the project - Develops an integrated baseline project schedule applying estimating models - Develop and Maintain of Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc.. - Track and Enforce the Application Development Project Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Oversee delivery of Standard Project Artifacts, including Business Requirements (BRD), Technical Requirements (TRD), etc. - Facilitate regular Project Team Status Meetings to update Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc. - Development and Maintenance of a Project Cost and Resource Forecast - Identify and Acquire Resources for the Project based on the Concept Task Order (CTO) - Provide data for project metrics and perform analysis of the defined metrics (i.e. predefined metrics around defect SLAs, future to be defined metrics) – Critical Responsibility - Create Task Order for the Project, as well as, adding to the Task Order for Changes in the Project - Prepare and Communicate Project Status Report to project stakeholders, including EPMO Management - Participate in Project Review, including Quality Review and Audit - Adhering to using all Standard Project Management Processes, including Release and Deployment Management - Adhere to using the Standard Project Management Templates for all Project Management Deliverables - Update the PPM Portal to the correct Phase to match the current Project Phase per the Project Schedule *Thanks & Regards* *Mohammed Ifthekharuddin* Tel: 703-831-8282 Ext 223 Cell: 323-825-5662 Email: [email protected] Web: www.canopyone.com <http://canopyone.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to "rtc-linux".
