Role: Linux Admin with Devops Exp
Location: Fort Worth , Dallas TX
Passport No Mandatory

We need candidates with strong admin experience in Linux, Windows, and good hand on understanding about processes.
Specific details are mentioned in the JD.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for critical role whose primary responsibility is to protect business system availability through integrated incident, problem, and change management. Including actions to engage system / application owners, and escalation to major incident / problem teams
  • Responsible for system monitoring and evaluating of fault conditions as opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Serves to evaluate potential tool and process changes to improve monitoring / alerting for operations / Dev Ops pipeline processes
 
Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering) preferred
  • Technical certification(s) or two or more years of support / operations experience (event, incident, problem, change management)
  • Work history System Administration of Linux and Windows
  • Deployment, and use of application performance management, console operations, and monitoring / alerting tools preferred (understand if this background is harder to find Dynatrace, AppMon, Zabbix, SCOM)
  • Work history with Dev Ops environment application performance tuning
