We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESJP00013411 Title: Workday HCM integration & configuration Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals Preferred (onsite work Required from Day1) Description: Works with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies with Workday. Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations. May require certification in specific applications. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the Workday HCM report and integration concepts, practices, and procedures. Provides consultation on business process topics related to the Workday services that are being delivered by other resources. Generally supports mainstream skills or common packages/platforms. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? 1. 2-4 years' Workday HCM and preferably Workday US/PR/CA/UK Payroll experience 2. Operational experience related to Workday configuration and integration monitoring and troubleshooting 3. Develop Solution Design, Functional Requirements documentation and Integrated Testing cycles for projects 4. Ability to work with minimal direction on in a fast-paced team environment with strong written and verbal communication for interaction with technical team, internal clients, and external vendors. 5. Technical experience in development, implementation, data conversion, testing and operations of large-scale, HR and Payroll enterprise systems What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification? . 3-5 years' experience effectively lead requirement gathering sessions, facilitate meetings with interna/external customers and technical team members What type of environment is this person working in? o Combination of both group and individual setting Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm CT; need resource to be flexible in order to support global requests. Specific hours (start/end times) may flux based on specific project meetings to accommodate global business partners and team members. Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? On site is preferred but remote is considered.
