We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYESJP00013508 Title: Business Data Analyst with Application Migration and Modernization - Apps Location: North Chicago, IL Duration:14 Months+ Locals Preferred (onsite work Required from Day1) Description: Analyst Commodity III (EI3) - Application Migration and Modernization - Apps Primary Needs: . Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure team at Pharmaceutical Client. . Business Systems Analyst will be part of a larger program dealing with application migrations and modernizations, across both Pharmaceutical Client and newly acquired Allergan technologies. . As part of our overall Integration efforts, the program involves leading assessments aimed at determining the final disposition of all applications, with the goal of retaining the best of our applications across both Legacy Allergan and Legacy Pharmaceutical Client, resulting in the following project activities: o The primary focus of the Business Systems Analyst will be working with business sponsors to schedule migrations/retirement of applications. o Assist the Project Manager in resolving migration issues and risks and updating status for applications' progress through their migrations. o Facilitate meetings as needed as to scheduling, obtaining updates/status for issues and risks and participate in meetings as needed. . Candidate should be an experienced (minimum of 8+ years' experience) Business Systems Analyst with prior experience with application migrations. . Strong management skillset, highly organized individual, including proven ability to achieve success. . Strong collaboration and communication skills, given the high potential for senior executive interactions and project complexities, business strategic impact of the projects, as well as varying degrees of change management impact. . Will work with a matrixed/cross-functional team of Pharmaceutical Client full time and contract staff, as well as Pharmaceutical Client vendors as projects dictate. . Must be a self-starter with attention to detail, possessing a solid work ethic. . Contract to initially run from candidate's start date through December 31, 2022. . Applicants must be U.S.-based and able to work full time. . Fully remote acceptable, with expectation candidate will work hours aligned with a Lake County, IL team based in the Central Time Zone. (Ability to work on site is preferred, but not required.) Expectations: . Leads scheduling of application migrations/retirements for a business specific business unit(s), works with project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and program management. . Assists Project Manager with risks, issues, and deliverables. . The individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. . Performs a variety of tasks. . May lead and direct the work of others. . Be able to work under general supervision. . A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Specific Responsibilities: . Migration Schedule Control: Work with business sponsors and technical teams as to scheduling applications for migration; assess issues and risks with technical teams to obtain updates/resolution or facilitate discussions to resolve. Update status database as required for application migration status. . Communication: Works with technical teams to make recommendations or obtain resolution to resolve issues and manage risks; facilitate meetings and take meeting minutes if needed. . Plan Management: Works with assigned Project Manager who will provide tasks and timelines and provide status as required. . Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures. Qualifications: . Primary Needs on page 1. . 8+ years of senior business system analyst or project manager experience. . Fully remote acceptable, with expectation candidate will work hours aligned with a Lake County, IL team based in the Central Time Zone. (Ability to work on site is preferred, but not required.) Preferred Qualifications: . Experience with using MS Word, Visio, Excel and SharePoint. . Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge. . Firm understanding of the systems development lifecycle.
