- Must have 8 + years of good experience in .Net Framework( C# 4.0,
asp.net )
- Must have 2 + years of experience in Web API 2.0, .Net Core
- Must have played at least 2 years as Tech Lead role and performed lead
code reviews for deliverables
- Should have good exposure to work with GIT
- Should have well versed with Design Patterns, SOLIDS Principles
- Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least 2 years for a
software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles,
practices, and theory.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User
Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing,
Automated Testing.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Good to have Insurance Domain Knowledge.
