The Digital Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the scalability, performance, resilience and security of our Digital Promotional Assets. Your day-to-day responsibility will include acceptance testing, end-to-end functional testing, and automation scripting. The Digital Quality Assurance Engineer is expected to collaborate and work effectively with many cross functional teams. He/she must be able to effectively prioritize multiple, overlapping project deadlines. The Digital Quality Assurance Engineer will report directly to the Associate Director, Systems Software Development - Engineering. Responsibilities: . Creating, writing and executing test scripts . Functional testing of email, landing pages, modals, templates and components . Log and track all bugs in Jira . Participate in bug triages, scrums or retrospectives to help resolve bugs and blockers . Web testing from visual design through HTML templating to final web front-end . Front-end HTML/CSS/JS Analysis & Testing . HTTP and AJAX Web Server understanding . Cross-Browser/Device/Email client web testing and analysis . Write and execute automated tests using the Katalon framework . Communicating findings to technical and non-technical colleagues . Working towards departmental and project deadlines Qualifications/Requirements: . 3+ years of relevant work experience . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to building trust, listening, and asking effective questions across all levels of management and stakeholder groups . Ability to prioritize, self-manage time, and stick to priorities . Ability to elicit and document functional requirements from users, use cases/scenarios, or general business requirements . Excellent analytical skills and a creative problem-solving ability . Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams . Working knowledge with Agile methodologies and frequent release cycles . Automation experience using Katalon Studios or Selenium . Experience testing API's and using tools such as Postman, Restful Api Clients, etc. . Experience testing mobile Android and iOS .
