Job Description:



Overview of Project:
Co-innovation project within Telecom Systems Business, focusing on
automation, integration and orchestration.

Overview of Team:
Telecom Co-innovation Expert Centre (TCEC) is a global engineering team
working in close partnership with our customers and industry partners to
engineer the next generation of telecom solutions.
This resource will work alongside other developers to fill a specific
skills gap in development work. Will interact regularly (daily, weekly)
with other developers and the lead architect for the project to review
progress on assigned development tasks, discuss any problems discovered,
lessons learned, etc. Report progress in team’s JIRA project.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Perform software development tasks under the guidance of the lead architect
for the project. Report status in JIRA. Document work performed.

How Performance is Measured:
Quality of outputs (software deliverables, documentation, lessons learned),
ability to resolve challenges or issues, ability to communicate lessons
learned and problems encountered.

Requirements:
3 years’ experience as a Golang developer, Strong on Go concepts of
concurrency, channels, data modelling, threading, data structures,
pluggable concepts, 1 year experience in delivering software in
Kubernetes., Experience with Python, REST API development experience.
