Microsoft SQL Server DBA Have complete understanding of SQL Server 2012, 2014 and later versions Architecture and Technical concepts related to Database Administration involving AlwaysOn, SQL Clustering, Replication and Mirroring Hands-on experience in administration of SQL Server 2008 and later versions is a must Minimum 4 years of Production support DBA experience in SQL Server 2008 and above versions, with strong hands-on experience in installation, upgrade, migrate, troubleshooting and performance tuning stand-alone and clustered environments Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Apply data modeling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
