o Confluent Kafka and in-depth knowledge around Kafka Schema Registry and Configuration for Applications
o Stream Sets to build ETL Processes
o Spark/Scala to process large data sets
o Elastic Search
o Memory Databases and Data Modeling for Memory Databases
o Ability to mentor Software Engineers from non-Data focused backgrounds
o Demonstrated TDD practices and Automation around all things they do
o Ability to work with minimal direction
