We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DESAB00018999 Title: Security Analyst / Compliance Analyst Location: Waukegan, IL Duration: 8 Months Locals Only (onsite work Required from Day 1) Description Skills: Energetic team player with strong initiative, team orientation and good problem solving skills; demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a timely manner, and be able to meet assigned deadlines and service levels; ability to listen, resolve problems, deal with unresolved issues, delays and unexpected events, and the ability to effectively communicate and maintain rapport with supported customers; excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user);able to understand and leverage the IT and business vision and strategy to support solution definition; able to understand FDA Guidance documents and industry standards including: NIST, AAMI, ISO, SEI, CERT, OWASP; CISSP or other industry certifications desired Education: BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Assurance, or related field Duties: Responsible for leading and identifying security risks of fielded medical devices, including, but not limited to, patient safety and data protection risks. Responsibilities include assisting R&D in implementing a fielded product security remediation program, including medical device asset identification and evaluation based on pre-defined security criteria, and performing remediation activities based on the asset evaluation criteria. Remediation activities include performing cybersecurity risk assessment and recommending security solutions based on risk per internal procedures. The individual will also be responsible for drafting customer communications regarding the security and privacy of the fielded medical devices; managing project including work breakdown structure and task dependencies, estimation and reporting, and weekly status updates. The Lead will be responsible for leading, mentoring and providing work direction to security analysts. Experience: 10+ years of industry work experience in information security or related role.
