EAST COAST HOURS
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
8 to 12 years’ related experience in project and program management with a proven track record of successful delivery of effective programs; or a master’s degree with 6 years’ experience; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.
Strong experience in defining program structure and plan for medium to large size programs
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; capable of driving collaborative discussions with all levels of the organization (Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and C Suite Executives)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
Understand current technologies in the healthcare industry
Must be proficient in the use of project management tools to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
Working knowledge of AGILE framework preferred
LEAN/Six Sigma experience and certification preferred
