REQUIRED SKILLS (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge):
Experiencing supporting production operations, including working with a production incident support ticketing system
Strong analytical, reporting and project management skills
Highly proficient in database management, analyzing data and generating reports to provide data driven decision support
Experience with SQL is highly preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience using JIRA, ALM (Micro Focus), Dynatrace (monitoring) preferred
Ability to be productive working both collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, while reprioritizing as needed to meet deadlines and business objectives
Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong
