Role- Technical Program Manager
Location - Florida (Remote)
Long Term Contract
Key Point:-
- Act as single point of contact for all HR and Finance technical needs (Like Workday, Hyperion, Concur , Coupa etc) .
- Workday and Hyperion is the key
- Enhancing, configuring, maintaining, and expanding the functionality of Workday (Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll etc.) and Hyperion (Standard chart of accounts, financial reporting etc.).
- Create the vision and strategy for a set of systems to support corporate functions and operational needs.
- Work closely with the senior leaders in the organization to fully appreciate their challenges and proactively identify technology solutions to support company’s strategy.
- Work with business to develop technology roadmaps and plans and manage the application and project portfolios
- Apply knowledge of industry, product and functional best practices, and related technology trends to guide Client toward appropriate Workday, Coupa, Concur & Oracle EPM / Hyperion solutions
- Serve as a catalyst for leveraging system functionality into business process improvements across the global functions
- Ensure global alignment and consistency while effectively balancing global, regional and local needs
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of systems, working with multiple delivery teams to ensure effective translation of requirements into technical specifications, delivery of projects to schedule with high quality
- Act as single point of contact for all HR and Finance technical needs (Like Workday, Hyperion, Concur , Coupa etc)
- Develop and execute change management strategies – stakeholder engagement, change champion network, training, and communication
- Develop departmental KPIs and manage and report to these metrics
- Track record of being the go-to person for designing functional and technical system solutions to solve business problems
- Proven ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity, to manage conflict and to work effectively in a fully remote and distributed team
- Self-starter, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to take ownership of challenging projects.
- Ability to breakdown high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and ability to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a matrixed environment
- Ability to deliver presentations to virtual and in-person teams
- Experience with information security at the policy, architecture, and implementation level
- Consulting experience leading major global Finance/HR implementations
- Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
