Job Overview:
Triaging new requests for high-level estimates of effort.
Identifying areas of code impacted by new requests.
Recommending appropriate Application Development teams to work tickets including updating ALM and working with Release Manager and CAB Coordinator to channel ticket(s) to appropriate team(s).
Conducting code reviews.
Providing guidance on Cross-Functional Work including major enhancements and fixes.
Creating design specifications for large enhancements and projects.
Conducting design reviews for smaller enhancements and large fixes.
Participating as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board.
Setting standards and best practices for Applications Development team.
Providing support to Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, SIDES, batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process.
Troubleshooting and supporting applications hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud; and
Performing other duties as required by DEO.

Three plus (3+) years of experience with Cloud based systems.
Experience with at least one (1) application migration project to Cloud based services.
Five plus (5+) years of experience with C# software development.
Five plus (5+) years of experience with relational databases.
Two plus (2+) years of experience with relevant architecture.
Expert skills with PowerShell scripting and reading/analyzing Web technologies including JSON, HTML, _javascript_, XML, jQuery.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft platform including IIS, .NET, Web Services, Oracle, SharePoint, Windows Server, Clustering, and Active Directory.
Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of complex systems problems that includes capacity planning and performance tuning, reliability or high availability initiatives.
Experience with Git bash and Git hub.
Experience with transition from On-Prem TFS to Azure DevOps.
Experience in customizing the SDLC templates as needed for the organization by leveraging out of the box Azure DevOps templates.
Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design, and integration.
Understanding and knowledge of N-Tier Architecture.
Understanding and knowledge of business logic and workflows within a database as impacted by new technical issues/requests.
Understanding of objective resolutions impacting different areas of a database due to new technical issues/requests.
Experience with .Net 4.0 or later.
Experience as a team member on a team of five (5) or more developers.
Two plus (2+) years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate technical information to IT professionals.
Licensure, registration, and certification requirements that are legally required to perform the services outlined in this scope of work.
