Java Front End Developer
Position Description
Partner with a highly skilled Agile team to design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software. We are looking for an experienced Java developer to work independently under limited supervision and have sufficient knowledge and maturity to effectively deal with technical issues to help to support the broader team. Your success will be directly related to Client and our client’s success.

• Full lifecycle Java development including analysis, design, development, unit testing and implementation of distributed applications and microservices consistent with architectural direction and established patterns
• Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Demonstrated experience in the design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, support, and management of front end code using Sruts, JSF, SOAP.
• Demonstrated experience in the design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, support, and management of Database technologies Oracle and SQL.
• Familiarity with GitHub repository
• Experience with Kafka messaging queue, Liberty webserver, Ant build, and Eclipse IDE
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Preferred experience in RESTful services with Jersey.
