Locals
Only (Hybrid Remote 3-4 days onsite for week)
Responsibilities
Champions the accuracy of the spend and translates the accounts payable data
from SAP HANA to Sievo through spending reconciliation at the general ledger to
drive the accuracy of the spend.
Understands the business tactics around invoice & payment processing and
defines the analytics to drive sustainable change in the decision making to enhance
the weighted average payment terms.
Determines the total spend based on SAP AP transactions and reconciles the
spend at the general ledger level, and confirms the total spend
Works with the finance and purchasing community to bring the awareness of the
total spend based on the analysis in the source systems and determines an
approach to get the transparency on the total spend
Documents the business rules and writes the functional documents and builds
consensus through engaging meetings and workshops.
Works with the application, digital transformation, and data teams to build
standard definitions to build a robust data platform.
Qualifications
Expertise in accounting and understanding of SAP FI and CO or SAP MM
Procure to Pay
Understanding of the digital technologies and connection of SAP with digital
platforms through various data sharing mechanisms
Experience reviewing and streamlining business processes, including gathering
and documenting business requirements, developing and implementing new
processes and procedures. Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
(SDLC) methodologies
Ability to communicate problems in terms that are understandable to end-users
at all levels
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task
completion
Detailed oriented and relentless attitude till achieving the desired result
