Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong Micro strategy Development , Agile, SQL, Tableau and Domo.
- Retail experience is desired.
- 10+ years professional experience in report/dashboard development (MicroStrategy/Tableau/DOMO)
- Proven professional experience with database development and data analysis
- Professional experience in retail, consulting, technology with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Strong understanding of technology, business systems and retail analytics data
- Excellent understanding of Retail data landscape (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer etc.)
- Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, change management and consulting skills
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork & collaboration skills
- Ability to work and achieve objectives independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to meeting business needs and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 11. Expert knowledge of SQL (Teradata and Big Query)
Required Skill Set:
- Proven knowledge of data visualization best practices and ability to create stunning dashboards that tell a clear, contextual story
- Hands on experience with deeper understanding of entire suit of toolset of at least one of the reporting platforms among MicroStrategy, Tableau and DOMO.
- Be able to architect solutions on MicroStrategy platform
- Should be able to interpret data models and usage of data modeling tools (ERWIN)
- A solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization.
- Prior experience working in retail/CPG 7. Breadth and depth of knowledge in BI concepts, methodologies, and architectures.
- Experience with agile development.
- Requires strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
