*Job Description:*
Customers: Business & IT leadership, Middle-management program leads, teams
Key considerations: Excellent communication skills, excellent English,
experience with in-flight programs
Frameworks: Kanban, Scrum at a minimum
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the overall vision of the program, the current status,
and any organizational challenges
Work with program leadership and teams to determine and
adjust/implement the needed Agile strategy
Educate, coach, train and document processes in multiple agile
frameworks as needed
Educate program stakeholders at all levels, including senior,
providing them with tools for implementing the process and ensuring an
Agile mindset
Coach solution delivery teams with a focus on instilling optimal
use of agile methods to continually measure and improve the performance of
individual teams, including observation of rituals /
ceremonies, stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release
planning
Collaborate with teams to unify workflows, backlog definition /
refinement / prioritization, story pointing, and ceremonies
Affirm Application Lifecycle Management through encouragement of
engineering best practices
Ensure proper metrics, reporting, and consistent delivery
Mentor current leadership / staff daily as needed to transfer
knowledge and expertise
Be present and embedded in the teams (2 to 3) on a daily basis
Apply lean approaches whenever possible
*SKILLS:
Agile: Understands various Agile Metrics, Effective use of Burn-up
and Burn-Down Chart, WIP, Cumulative flow and other Agile Metrics
Excellent educating, training and coaching skills: ability to
teach and train Agile concepts, increase collaboration, improve
transparency; capacity to inspire and *motivate:
Communication: Clean, clear written and spoken communication
skills with ability to communicate with all organization levels
Learning Orientation and Problem Solving: Solve problems promptly
and effectively; learn quickly
Technology: Must have IT domain knowledge
Excellent Personal Skills: Ability to lead through influence,
negotiate and gain consensus between various team members

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information
Technology/Systems, related field, or equivalent experience
