EDUCATION AND

4+ years development experience with Microsoft Power BI
1-2 years experience in writing SQL (or similar)
Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) in extracting data is desired. Will pull data
from different sources together to produce metric reports for senior
management.
The resource must be capable of needing minimal instruction, able to work
independently, good communication skills and ability to capture reporting
requirements and create reports.

DI3 Identity Access Management
Primary Needs:
Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure
(IAI) team at Pharmaceutical client.
Project Manager required to support our IAI Identity Access Management teams
Allergan-Pharmaceutical client Integration projects.
This PM will be responsible for an estimated four sub-projects/workstreams
that are focused on applications that require secret/restricted data access.
The project will entail various steps that include:
o Moving applications that currently exist in Legacy Allergan ServiceNow (SNOW)
into Legacy Pharmaceutical client SNOW.
o Moving applications that currently exist in ARS (which is a home-grown
application for tracking identity) into Legacy Pharmaceutical client SNOW.
o Creating recertification for all of these applications in our Pharmaceutical
client instance of Oracle Identity Management.
o Leading the upgrade of our Oracle Identity Management platform.
Candidate should be an experienced (7-10 years minimum) Project Manager with
prior project management experience in both the Infrastructure and Identity
Access Management spaces.
Candidate expected to work in a hybrid model for this role, part-time onsite
and part-time remote.
Strong project management skillset needed, including proven ability to lead
and drive project success.
Should be well organized with the ability to review and track the project
schedule end to end.
Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to
communicate to leadership.
Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders,
publishing meeting minutes.
Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking
project financials for budget adherence.
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication
skills, given the degrees of business strategic impact, change management
impact, and project complexities that are involved with the projects.
Will work with a matrixed Pharmaceutical client team, as well as an estimated

sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the
project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
Executing and Closing Project: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining
authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads team in
delivering project scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project
approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project
reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support
information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes
recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues and manage
risks.
Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project needs
