Hard Skills
Write requirements and documentation.
Experience building Reports/Dashboards using Agile methodologies.
Understanding of Microsoft Power BI desktop and other popular BI tools
Hands-on experience in data preparation, data gateway and data warehousing projects
Experience in connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence
Proficient in both Power BI languages - M and DAX
Experience in developing user-friendly and insightful visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
Develop (create new and update existing), publish, schedule reports and dashboards
Experience in designing, implementing, and executing test cases
Assist business users with using published reports/dashboard and performing ad hoc data analysis.
Provide input on level of detail needed to outline report designs
Offer best-practice recommendations for creating reports and dashboards within Power BI

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or a closely related field.
4+ years development experience with Microsoft Power BI
1-2 years experience in writing SQL (or similar)
Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) in extracting data is desired. Will pull data from different sources together to produce metric reports for senior management.
The resource must be capable of needing minimal instruction, able to work independently, good communication skills and ability to capture reporting requirements and create reports.

Leads and Managers Commodity IV DI3 Identity Access Management


Primary Needs:
Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure (IAI) team at Pharmaceutical client.
Project Manager required to support our IAI Identity Access Management teams Allergan-Pharmaceutical client Integration projects.
This PM will be responsible for an estimated four sub-projects/workstreams that are focused on applications that require secret/restricted data access. The project will entail various steps that include:
o Moving applications that currently exist in Legacy Allergan ServiceNow (SNOW) into Legacy Pharmaceutical client SNOW.
o Moving applications that currently exist in ARS (which is a home-grown application for tracking identity) into Legacy Pharmaceutical client SNOW.
o Creating recertification for all of these applications in our Pharmaceutical client instance of Oracle Identity Management.
o Leading the upgrade of our Oracle Identity Management platform.
Candidate should be an experienced (7-10 years minimum) Project Manager with prior project management experience in both the Infrastructure and Identity Access Management spaces.
Candidate expected to work in a hybrid model for this role, part-time onsite and part-time remote.
Strong project management skillset needed, including proven ability to lead and drive project success.
Should be well organized with the ability to review and track the project schedule end to end.
Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to communicate to leadership.
Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes.
Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking project financials for budget adherence.
Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, given the degrees of business strategic impact, change management impact, and project complexities that are involved with the projects.
Will work with a matrixed Pharmaceutical client team, as well as an estimated 3 Pharmaceutical client vendors.
This can be a blended (hybrid) onsite & remote position, with expectation candidate will be available to be onsite in Lake County part-time and working remote part-time (specific days may fluctuate). Specific Responsibilities:
Drive Project Success and Completion: Understand and drive leadership of the project to success. Build key relationships with stakeholders, mentor team members and demonstrate leadership at all levels.
Initiate and Plan Project: Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, financials, and deliverables.
Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect the project, working with business and IT management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
Executing and Closing Project: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads team in delivering project scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to project teams, business, and IT management. Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues and manage risks.
Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities. Motivates project team to deliver project outcomes.
Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and functional policies and procedures.
Decisions: Make decisions that impact project level activities.
Drive Continuous Improvement of Project Process and Governance: Will continually examine Plans/Risks/Issues to identify gaps in project communication or process, and holding project team accountable for improvement, to drive proactive solutions as the project is ongoing. Escalate issues that need Permanent Process changes.

Ability to write and edits engaging and visually appealing communications in support of related projects and targeted business colleagues as part of Integration projects/programs (i.e.: project communications, success stories/wins, executive summaries, blog posts, presentations). Utilizes standard BTS communication templates and processes for deploying communications. Ensures all IAI Integration change management communication deliverables are in alignment with Pharmaceutical client Branding guidelines; formats/packages and organizes assets prior to delivery. Works with IAI Change Management Associate Director to identify and pursue related initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employee engagement, and support/promote company culture and shared values. Typically reports to a manager.
