Description:
An individual contributors to the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement
of business applications, providing specialized technical or business knowledge
to system projects. The position has the responsibility for the management of
an applications system development lifecycle as well as the data residing in the
application. The position is responsible for interfacing between the business
stakeholders such as engineers and analysts and the technical resources such as
developers, data scientists and architects.
This BSA will be specifically working with our Connected Plant team to
deploy a Smart Factory system that integrates data from OSI PI, POMSnet,
and other systems to allow us to build statistical and machine learning models
to feed analysis and displays of our manufacturing equipment such as health
metrics, and recommended prescriptive maintenance actions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Analyze moderate to high complex business requests and processes that relate

a reporting dashboard.

Primary Needs:
Position will reside within the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure
team at Pharmaceutical Client.
Technical Project Manager:
o Will plan, coordinate, and execute on Infrastructure projects aimed at
firewall hardening, with the goal of monitoring and filtering incoming and
outgoing network traffic, based on Pharmaceutical Clients security policies,
to allow safe traffic and prevent dangerous traffic.
o Over the life of the engagement, there will be a mix of Pharmaceutical Client
and Legacy Allergan sites in scope. Initially, there will be 12 Pharmaceutical
Client sites, running through roughly mid-2022, followed by additional Allergan
sites which will be scheduled out to end of 2022. This means the candidate will
be expected to lead multiple site implementations in parallel.
o Each site/project will have a similar, but unique design, requiring each
implementation to submit its own final design. Each of these implementations
will uniquely balance the needs of the particular site, as well as those of the
Information Security and Network Infra teams.
o The individual will need to ensure the team is following appropriate
Pharmaceutical Client IT implementation/change policies throughout the
projects.
Candidate should be an experienced (12+ years required) Technical Project
Manager with Infrastructure project management experience in firewall hardening
and Infrastructure lifecycle management.
